Bespoke welding certification to BS4872/BSEN 287
We offering bespoke weld testing to multiple thicknesses to the standard of BS4872/BSEN287 for the purpose of the below
Quote from Ron Cocker VBRA’s Whole Vehicle Type Approval Manager.
“In order to comply with the requirements for Conformity of Production it is recommended but not mandatory that welding activities are completed by competent and qualified operatives. For use of any licence that a member may take from the VBRA for RUPD (rear under run protective device), LPD (lateral protective device) or similar Technical Requirements that have obtained by generic testing approval this certification is mandatory as agreed with VCA (vehicle certification agency).”
